Rob is a 20-year retired U.S. Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer who brings discipline, focus, and a safety-first mindset to every session. He specializes in building personalized strength plans that meet you where you are and progress you forward, with proper form and smart programming at the core of everything he does. Rob is positive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping people move better, lift stronger, and get results the right way.
