Country Road Fitness is focused on providing a top-tier training environment for people of any background seeking a higher level of health and performance. Rooted right here in Lucedale, we've built our programming and coaching around one goal: delivering functional fitness in the safest, most effective way possible.
We specialize in high-quality coaching and continuous development to provide an exceptional experience for every member. Our emphasis on technique over intensity allows for safe, sustainable progress, no matter where you're starting. The strength of our membership speaks for itself, and so do the connections formed inside these walls.
We offer functional fitness group classes, personal training, and nutrition coaching to meet you wherever you are on your journey. Our classes run Monday through Saturday in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with memberships and drop-ins welcome.

What To Expect.
Members can expect dynamic and engaging classes designed to optimize their fitness journey. Each session starts with a comprehensive warm up, preparing the body for the main focuses of the day. We then move into a strength building segment centered around fundamental functional movements like squatting or deadlifting. Following this, our Workout of the Day, (WOD) also known as METCON for metabolic conditioning, awaits. These are high-energy workouts that feature a variety of functional movements, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding experience every time. Finally, members can wind down with a stretch and cool – down session, promoting flexibility, mobility, and recovery to leave them feeling rejuvenated after each class. Classes are 1 hour in length.
